The Champs-Élysées Film Festival will be 100% online and free of charge

From June 9 to 16, the Champs-Élysées Film Festival will meet you behind your computer screen! This year, due to the health crisis, the festival will take place on the most beautiful avenue in the world. But the competition remains open and accessible for free online!

The Champs-Élysées Film Festival is an event well known to film buffs. Each year, it honours the best of French and American independent cinema. Screenings, ceremonies, previews, festive evenings... alternate throughout this week entirely devoted to the 7th art.

Screenings usually take place in five cinemas on the Champs-Élysées. Dozens of screenings are organized, dozens of films are presented, dozens of red carpets are rolled out...

But this year, due to the health crisis, it is impossible to maintain the usual format. For this 9th edition, we had to adapt. And to find out how to combine fun and safety.

From June 9 to 16, the Champs-Élysées Film Festival will be held entirely online. This won't prevent you from enjoying a great program. Feature films, shorts, retrospectives, masterclasses, musical showcases, exclusive bonuses... everything has been planned!

You will even be able to meet the two guests of honour during interactive online and live masterclasses, namely directors Stephen Frears and Edgar Wright. Other directors, actors and writers have confirmed their participation... digitally. A number of them chair the different juries of the official competition.

Want to make your voice heard? Participate by voting for your favourite feature and short film. Your favourites may win the Audience Award.

To take part in the Champs-Élysées Film Festival, it's simple and completely free. Just register here and watch the films that interest you.
